Faith Comes from Hearing: The Power and Purpose of Christian Radio in Today's World

In our sin-filled, lost world, it’s more vital than ever to be spiritually awake and ready for the devils’ attacks. Christian radio is a critical weapon for believers. Romans 10:17 says ‘So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ’ The daily spiritual engagement and encouragement that our radio stations provide, equips listeners with faith, wisdom, discernment, peace, understanding and inspiration. Radio has the ability to reach across borders, impacting and influencing people in the most intimate possible ways. Radio is free, trusted, immediate and reliable, making it the most important medium for people to find information, truth and substance. For me, Christian radio is my passion and my ministry. I believe it’s part of God’s calling and purpose for my life. Providing the connecting for our ministry partners and advertisers to reach our listeners is important, life-changing spiritual work. It’s comforting for our listeners to know they can turn on the radio 24/7 to hear God’s word. Listening to the word of God on the radio every-day is a source of strength and spiritual power. I believe God uses our radio signal every day to reach the lost, to encourage the wounded, to comfort those who are grieving, and to strengthen the spirit of his faithful believers. Radio is more relevant and important than ever before. In our confused, hateful, morally corrupt society, WE are the light in the darkness, We are the life-line for those searching for the truth of the Bible. Radio changes the heart and impacts the spirit of our listeners in profound, immediate ways. Faith comes from hearing, so we will give them the good news about Christ and let God’s will be done thru our radio stations.
